Books I Read (and Loved) January-June 2025

20 books I loved in the first half of 2025.

My reading habits have been so bizarre this year. Writing my thesis meant hyper focusing on books that informed my project and helped me narrow both my critique of the American healthcare system AND publishing trends for medical memoirs… Once I graduated and got my brain back, I started devouring every “fun” book I could get my hands on. 📚

I’ve also been listening to audiobooks on my commute to and from therapy each week, which is a new routine that I adore. 🎧

As always, my “currently reading” stack spans physical, digital, and audiobooks, and I’m balancing at least two or three books at a time.

What have you read and loved so far this year? Based on the books in this post, what would you recommend for my TBR? ✨
